From my desk

Your business doesn't need more tools. It needs a better structure.

A 1 minute read

Many small businesses already pay for plenty of software. The trouble is rarely the tool. Customer details live in one place, jobs in another, and payments in a spreadsheet nobody fully trusts.

Start with the data. Give every customer, job and payment one home, and link them so each record knows what it belongs to. Once the structure is right, a dashboard becomes a view of live data instead of a report someone builds by hand each week.

Then automate the follow-ups nobody enjoys: the confirmation email, the technician alert, the payment reminder. Do it in that order and the system stays simple enough for a whole team to use.

That's how I approached the UBAGI LTD system, and it's how I would start with yours.
